$50k plus a year earning potential! As a Manager In Training, you will oversee all functions and operational matters. You will pitch in alongside your staff to ensure we are delivering happiness by keeping quality at the forefront of our service execution. You will take ownership of all facets of the wash.

Preferred Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years experience in a leadership role
Proven track record of success in managing day to day operations within a fast-paced environment
Strong hospitality and guest service skills – enjoys engaging with the guest
Team player who is not afraid to jump in and get the work done
Highly motivated, self-directed individual with superior organizational and multi-tasking skills
Ability to work a variety of hours including one day per weekend
