Job Responsibilities:

As a Manager, you will oversee all functions and operational matters, while building sales for your wash. You will pitch in alongside your staff to ensure we are delivering happiness by keeping quality at the forefront of our service execution. As a Shift Manager, you will take ownership of all facets of the wash.

Qualifications:

Prior leadership and management experience or equivalent 1-3 years’ experience in leadership.
Mechanically inclined with a proven track record of success in managing day to day operations within a fast-paced environment.
The ability to attract and retain a strong team. Strong hospitality and guest service skills – enjoys engaging with the guest.
Unparalleled commitment and experience in customer service and team work. Team player who is not afraid to jump in and get the work done.
Highly motivated, self-directed individual with superior organizational and multi-tasking skills.
Ability to work a variety of hours
